Job Summary

As a Client Service Associate at UHY Beirut, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You’ll support advisory teams, coordinate communications, and help deliver the seamless service UHY is known for worldwide.

📋 Key Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely responses.
• Prepare and maintain client documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support advisory, audit, and tax teams with scheduling, reporting, and follow‑up.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through UHY’s processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of client service workflows.

🎯 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
